If you have driven past the shopping center that Kit’s Thai Kitchen is located in, then you would know where it is… it painted outside in extremely bright colors. When we pulled up, we wondered if we should not give the falafel place across the street a try instead… but I am glad we stuck with trying out Kit’s Thai Kitchen. It is nothing short of spectacular Thai food. Kit’s Thai Kitchen has a lunch special for $10.25, which my husband got… but I ordered a dish from the regular menu which was amazing.

As part of Kit’s $10.25 lunch special, you get a Thai lemongrass soup that has shrimp, fresh tomatoes and mushrooms. It was a bit spicy, but hubby loved it:

My husband got the Drunken Noodle entree as part of his lunch special.  Again, it was too spicy for me, but he liked it.  Though the Pad See Ew is a great (non-spicy) dish that is similar to the Drunken Noodle dish, but without the heat.

I, however, ordered the most delicious dish called Pra Ram Long Song, which is a plate of perfectly grilled chicken strips on a bed of steamed vegetables with the most delicious (slightly spicy) peanut sauce.

We loved Kit’s Thai Kitchen so much, that we have already returned this week!  I do not think I will ever be able to order anything other than their Pra Ram Long Song because I love it so much.  If anyone has any idea how they infuse so much flavor in their chicken or how they make their peanut sauce, I would be eternally grateful if you shared it with me!  Even if you just have a guess or hypothesis!
